INSPECTION SERVICES AT CONTAINER LOADING

  • At present the containerized shipping is one of the main types of goods delivery to buyer. Basically any product represented on the market is shipped by means of containers.
  • The Kaba Osean Surey Company offers a full range of services on control over container loading. The control program depends on the type of cargo loaded into container and includes the following
  • Container study in terms of integrity (absence of perforation damages, tightness of door closing);
  • Container cleanness check and its suitability for shipping a definite type of cargo
  • Coolant unit serviceability check (for refrigerator containers);
  • Control over the process of container loading
  • Revealing the cargo failing to match the Specifications and its non-admission to loading unless relevant Customer’s instructions received;
  • Visual control of quality of loaded cargo
  • Tally/weight control (for bulked cargo)
  • Sampling and laboratory analysis;
  • Container sealing;
  • Report (including photographic evidences) issue.
  • In order to protect Buyer interests and avoid the dispatch of goods failing to meet the standards of the Buyer’s country, Kaba Osean Survey company performs a pre-dispatch weight control. The pre-dispatch control may be performed at manufacturer facilities, in ports, or other places of goods dispatch.

  • The Kaba Osean Survey Inspection offers a full range of services on control over container discharge. The control program depends on the type of cargo and includes the following:
  • Container study in terms of integrity (absence of perforation damages, tightness of door closing)
  • Seal availability and integrity check;
  • Thermogram taking (for refrigerator containers);
  • Inspection of cargo stacking after container unsealing and taking photographs of cargo stacking;
  • Control over the process of container unloading;
  • Tally/control over weighing of discharged goods;
  • Visual control of goods quality;
  • Sampling and laboratory analysis;
  • Taking photographs during the process of cargo discharge;
  • Issue of report containing all the data on container discharge + photo report
